At PERSONSOUL, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original PERSONSOUL box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

Ship the Item

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the garments back to our studio.

Once our team verifies the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
